Creating My Free Account

How do I sign up for an account?

Go to the registration page, provide us with a little information about yourself, create a password, and click Create Account. Registration is required to enter the WorkforceReady learning portal where you can take free training.

I tried creating an account, but I received an error message that says my email address is already in use. What should I do?

This means you already have an account on WorkforceReady.org. Go to the login page and log in with your email address and password. If you do not remember your password, click on the reset password link and enter your email address to receive a reset link. If you do not receive an email, please contact our Support Team: info@workforceready.org

I tried creating an account, but I received an error message that says my email address is not valid. What should I do?

Make sure your email is in this format:


name@domain.com


For example, an acceptable email would be jane.smith@organization.org.


If your email is in this format, make sure to delete any extra spaces at the end of your email address and try again. If you still cannot create an account with your email address, please contact our Support Team: info@workforceready.org

Logging in to My Account

How do I log in?

Go to the WorkforceReady login page and use the same email address and password you created when you registered. Registration is required to enter the WorkforceReady learning portal.

I tried logging in, but I received an error message that says I entered invalid authentication credentials. What does this mean? What should I do?

An invalid authentication credentials error message is caused by one of the following issues:

  • You do not have an account with WorkforceReady

    • Solution: Go to the registration page and create an account with the email you would like to use.

OR​

  • The password you entered is not correct

    • Solution: If you have an account and do not remember your password, click on the reset password link, and enter your email address to receive a reset link. If you do not receive an email, please contact our Support Team: info@workforceready.org 

OR​

  • ​Your account has been deleted

    • ​Solution: If you believe you have an account and it has been deleted, contact our Support Team: info@workforceready.org

I clicked reset password, and entered my email address, but did not receive an email.

First, check your spam filters or folders and look for an email from “info@workforceready.org” with the subject “Reset your WorkforceReady portal password”. If you cannot find the email or believe no email was sent, please contact our Support Team for assistance: info@workforceready.org

Managing My Account

I forgot my password. How can I create a new one?

Go to the reset password page and enter your email address to receive a password reset link. If you do not receive an email, please contact our Support Team: info@workforceready.org

How can I delete my account?

Please contact our Support Team to delete your account: info@workforceready.org

How can I update my account information (name, email address)?

To change your name or email address please contact our Support Team: info@workforceready.org
